Our own small house design – 99m2 of quality and flair!! Designed in consult with the young owners as a first home owner’s preliminary stage. Incorprating two decent sized bedrooms, small bathroom and kitchen, with integrated joinery to streamline wet areas into the living area. 

Salvaged materials were used to effect in the stairwell balustrade and beams to create a rustic touch in a clean lined interior. All on a small budget on acres.
