A major budget conscious renovation of an old fibro beach house, stripped bare to leave the hardwood shell, which was adapted to allow passive solar gain and an open flowing floor-plan. 

With the client’s based overseas at the time, the value of offering design and construction was inherent. Decisions made were integrated by our team seamlessly and allowed creative freedom for the clients at a distance. 

Under-budget in the initial stages, allowed further landscaping development and plans for future works, to create a private enclave.
